You will receive confirmation of the appointment as well as reminders 24 hours before the call and 1 hour before the call.

<aside> 💡 We will need a character reference from someone from your community or workplace who has known you for at least 3 years and can vouch for your good character. We ask for references for safeguarding purposes in order to make the matching process as secure as possible for the Ukrainians whom we are helping. The Resettlement Partner will provide more information on this.
